One of the most cleanest inns I have stay, the staff that was working at our check in is one of the most friendly I have meet... Customer service wise also was really friendly and attentive. Room was comfortable, excellent A/C that is important in this kind of desert. Our room was the suite with a small studio that was perfect for myself, we were traveling for my certification exam in the test center nearby. So it was nice my companion were able to sleep without me burning the midnight oil keeping them awake. WiFi speed was also quite nice and not accidental disconnect. Gym and pool was in great condition from what I was told.

Very accommodating evening desk clerk. He quickly switched my room across the hall when there was a bit of a room issue. The next day after the issue in my original room was corrected, I was able to move back to original (quieter) room after spending the day in the park. Breakfast was great and breakfast staff cheerful and helpful. Proximity to JTNP and visitor center excellent. The king suite room type is surprising large! Many electrical outlets and USB ports in room!

This is the second Holiday Inn Express that we stayed in, and I continue to be impressed. Yet again, the breakfast options were still wonderful and kept fresh and well-stocked by friendly and responsive staff. The room was clean and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were quick and painless. I stayed during an intense heatwave, and the in-unit AC was much quieter and more efficient than expected. Compared to other hotels, the climate was very comfortable.

Bradford

Room is big and relatively clean. It is also very close to one of the entrances to Joshua Tree. Ample parking lots right outside the hotel. There is free breakfast although the choices are not the best. They offer free coffee/tea in the lobby so that's a really nice touch. There is a gym although I did not manage to check it out.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and everything was decorated with good taste. They even have a fitness room and a pool but we didn't have time to go there. It was located in the middle of a little town which had lots of options for food, and also was very close to joshua tree national park.
